Lepanga is a Braingamestechnologies product that runs the platform in India, offering Ludo king, online cricket, football, and kabaddi E-sports games, as well as other online E-sports games, via the web-portal Lepanga.com and related Facebook application, affiliate website(s), and smartphone application(s) (collectively referred to as the "Portal"). (Lepanga is the product of Braingamestechnologies referred to herein as 'Lepanga' or 'we' or 'us' or 'our').

The Invited User's presence in all of the Amusement Facilities is subject to the provisions of this Privacy Policy as well as the Portal's Terms and Conditions. The user reflects and warrants that the Invited Users have consented to Lepanga disclosing and using their email address and Facebook username.
The required information is unique to the type of Game/ Amusement Facility the User wants to play in or use, and it can be used to include facilities, including but not limited to the Amusement Facility, as specified by the User. The data provided by users allows us to upgrade the Amusement Facilities and provide you with the most user-friendly gaming interface possible. Under limited cases, Lepanga may exchange certain details with affiliates and third parties, such as to provide services demanded by the User, to comply with legal process, to avoid fraud or possible damages, and to ensure the protection of our system and services.
Disclosure/Sharing:
Lepanga can also exchange details as submitted by you and details concerning the use of the Amusement Facility and involvement in the Games with third-party service providers engaged in Lepanga, for data analysis or other related purposes, for the purpose of storing, optimising facilities and helping Lepanga better support you.
