This page explains the Terms and Conditions by which you (Visitor) are permitted to use this website (Lepanga.com) and Application (Lepanga). Please read this page carefully. We would like you to exit this platform & application if you do not agree the Terms & Conditions specified herein. The business, any of its branches and/or subsidiaries, affiliate or subsidiary companies or other investing companies (India or abroad) reserve the right at any time, by modifying the posting, to review these terms and conditions. Since the Terms and Conditions are binding on all consumers of this Application and website, you can revisit this link on a regular basis to review them.
Use of Content
All trademarks, brands, and markings that, except as otherwise stated, are properties purchased, used under a license, by the company and/or its associated companies that operate on this website are owned and/or operated by the licensee. The usage of those properties or any other material in this site is explicitly forbidden, with the exception of certain terms and conditions or the content of the site.

Acceptable Website Use

Legal or criminal liability can arise from breaches of the device or network protection. The company or its associate bodies are entitled to prosecute cases they accuse of wrongdoing and they would be entitled to engage and collaborate on the prosecution of users engaged in those violations, with the law enforcement agencies.
(B) General Rules
Visitors cannot use the web site to transmit, share, archive, or delete (a) content that could constitute, promote, or breach any statute or rule applicable to a behavior that is deemed to be a criminal offense, (b) violating the confidentiality, or publicity, of any other person's rights to copyright, trademark, trade secret or other intellectual property rights of others; or (c) that is false or misleading, defamatory, obscene, profane, indecent, insulting, threatening, or hateful.
Indemnity
Unilaterally, the User agrees to compensate the firm, its directors, staff and personnel, and to leave them responsible without objection against all charges, acts and/or requests and/or liability and/or loss or penalties occurring or resulting from the usage or violation of the terms by the company, Lepanga.com .
Fraud Detection
In the event that our organization detects a scam on your side (user), we have the power to block your account and the company has all the money forfeited and the last judgment will be legitimate.
Liability
User agrees that neither the Company nor any of its group companies, officers, directors, employees, and third parties involved in the service shall be liable for any special, indirect, exemplary, or consequential damages arising out of the use of user's data or information, resulting from the inability to use of the service, whether they have been informed of the possibility of such damages or not.
Furthermore, the user accepts the Company shall not be responsible for damages arisen as a result of the disruption, suspension, or termination of operation or of any harm which, but not limited to, was justified or justified by, negligent or deliberate, accidental or/or exemplary damages.
The customer acknowledges that the provider is not accountable or liable to the user, or anybody else, for any third-party claims or actions on the service. In this case, the gross responsibility of the Business to the customer for all costs, injuries, or causes of action shall not surpass the amount charged by the user to the company, if any, that is relevant to the cause of action.
Disclaimer of Consequential Damages
The companies or parties, organizations or entities associated with the corporate brand name us or otherwise mentioned on this website shall not be liable for damages, whether or not they were informed of warranties, contracts, acts of wrongdoing, and any other theory of legislation, (including indirect and incidental harm, benefit loss, computer hardware damage and/or data loss or business interruption without limitations) resulting from the use or unable to use the website and material from this website or from the website.
The games can be financially risky, and they can also be addictive. It is recommended that users play safely and at their own expense.
Contests, Participation and Prizes
Lepanga offers a platform where one can purchase coins on Lepanga through Credit cards, Net Banking, Debit card or Paytm wallet. Through purchased coins, a participant can challenge his / her friend or any random online player & can play a game against any opponent by selecting a proper playing table.
Any player who lose the game will get its coins deducted at the very instant of losing the game equivalent to the playing table amount & the player who wins the game will get the winning coins in his Lepanga wallet.
For every winning, Lepanga will deduct 5% of the winning coins as a Platform fee & GST Taxations
Winning coins would be immediately reflected in the winners Lepanga Wallet after deduction of Lepanga platform fee.
A participant can redeem his/ her coins into the bank account by submitting a redeem request & by providing correct bank details.
A participant can redeem coins from his / her Lepanga wallet if & only if the participant’s Lepanga WALLET has a minimum of 100 coins.
Any player who exits the game in between or not plays on his turn for thrice would be considered a loser & coins would be deducted from his account & credited to the winner’s wallet.
Lepanga is not liable for any network connectivity issue faced by the user. Any tax/levies/duty etc., as applicable on material prizes, shall be paid by the winner of the game. Based on TDS (tax deducted at source) Rules for any sort of game-winning in India, 31.2% TDS should be deducted on any winning above Rs.10,000/- in a single game.
Referral programs
1. Lepanga may offer referral programs (“Referral Program”) on the Platform to allow all its Users to receive certain rewards in the form of Lepanga Coins or cash (“Rewards”) for each player that they refer to play on the Platform
2. All active Users of the Platform are eligible to participate in the Referral Program except in cases where an Account has been suspended or has otherwise been disallowed by Lepanga from participation in the Referral Program.
3. Only ‘successful referrals’ will be counted and eligible to receive the Rewards. A successful referral is an event in which a new User will register on the Platform and complete the sign-up by clicking on the referral link of the referrer or by putting the referrer’s unique referral code.
4. Criteria to use the Rewards – The User will be able to use only a certain percentage of the cumulative Rewards (as permitted by Lepanga from time to time) reflecting in his/her Account to join any of the upcoming tournaments on the Platform.
5. Additional terms applicable to all Referral Programs
The nature and value of Rewards to be credited will be based on the Referral Program offered by Lepanga at any given point in time to an individual User. Referral Codes will be generated from each User’s Account on the Platform. Rewards and their types are subject to change at Lepanga’s discretion without notice. Users found to have been committing fraud will be blocked from the Lepanga platform. The reward amount/type is based on the applicable reward on the day a user’s referral signs up on the platform. Lepanga reserves the right to change rules and regulations without notice. Please contact Customer Support in case of further queries. The nature and value of Rewards to be credited will be based on the Referral Program offered by Lepanga at any given point in time to an individual User.
6. Disqualification from Referral Programs Users will not receive credit for referring themselves by creating multiple Accounts. Lepanga reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to suspend or disqualify an Account from the Referral Program or nullify the referral Rewards
7. Taxes – The Users are responsible for paying any and all taxes or commissions related to the Rewards earned by them through the Referral Programs on the Platform.Lepanga reserves the right to withhold taxes as appropriate and as required under Applicable Laws.
GAMEPLAY RULES
1 Token Whose 1st token will go in the house first will win the game, then he/she need to take the screenshot and leave the game and do not play further.
2 tokens, player needs to get his/her 2 tokens in the home before the opponent player in order to win the game. Whomsoever will get 2 tokens first in the house will win the game, after winning take the screenshot and leave the game.
3 tokens In 3 tokens, when your 3 tokens go in home first, you have to take the screenshot and leave before the opponent player: quit the game.
4 tokens 4 TOKEN is a Full game; you have to play the entire game until all your 4 tokens gets inside the home and you get a screen of congratulations. Take the screenshot of that screen and upload in the results.
Opposite ludo (aka Ulta ludo) After the game gets over, the player who loses will win the game, you have to take the screenshot if you lose the game and put that screenshot in the result. And the one who wins will lose the game. (You have to try to loose the game, in order to win that game)
Team(2vs2) Whenever you create or join a team challenge, you should have 1 player to play with you, i.e., your partner or opponent player.
In any dispute in any challenge admin decision (Lepanga) will bw final Decision and No claim on it.
If you do not accept this agreement Do Not Play Game on Lepanga.
If Lepanga has marked you as an Lepanga user who tried to open multiple account, user account can be banned.
Legality of Game of Skill
Games of skill are legal, as they are excluded from the ambit of Indian gambling legislations including, the Public Gambling Act of 1867. The Indian Supreme Court in the cases of State of Andhra Pradesh v. K Satyanarayana (AIR 1968 SC 825) and KR Lakshmanan v. State of Tamil Nadu (AIR 1996 SC 1153) has held that a game in which success depends predominantly upon the superior knowledge, training, attention, experience, and adroitness of the player shall be classified as a game of skill.
The contest described above is prominently a game of skill, once you get that number how you play involves strategy, planning & skill. Do you move the same token over and over again until it reaches the end? Or do you move different tokens at different times to ensure that they stay safe and away from the opponent’s tokens? Or do you use your token to kill the opponent’s tokens? How to manage your tokens on the safe points ( stars ) to let it unaffected by the opponent’s token.
Ludo is a game where a lot of concentration, planning, strategy to understand the opponent’s planning is required to win a game.
A player with good experience & understanding of ludo with the best strategy-building skills along with the excellent presence of mind can dominate.
Lepanga highly recommends that if a player is inexperienced or not good with ludo then he/ she should spend a lot of time playing on practice mode to enhance his /her skills as skills are really required to correctly strategize the moves after getting a number on roll of dice.
So a participant should have a high level of skill & need to have a good strategy in order to successfully win at Ludo.
By participating in this Contest(s), each Participant acknowledges and agrees that he/she is participating in a game of skill.
Eligibility
Any browsing, registering, downloading, using, or accessing by any Person of any part of the Platform or utilization of any of the services offered by Lepanga will be deemed to constitute a legal contract between the User and Lepanga.
A User may use the Platform if (a) it is a natural Person, as per any Applicable Law, regulation, or generally accepted practices or guidelines applicable in the country of which User is a citizen, in which User is a resident, or from where User uses the Platform; or (b) it is a juristic person, as per any Applicable Law, regulation or generally accepted industry practices and guidelines applicable in the country where User is registered, where User maintains its principal office or from where User uses the Platform
Any User who is “incompetent to contract” within the meaning of the Indian Contract Act, 1872 including minors, un-discharged insolvents, etc. is not eligible to enter into this Agreement with Lepanga.
The Platform should not be used, installed, or played by any person under the age of 18 years.
No Person, whether a Lepanga employee or not, who is involved in the development of Mobile Games or/and algorithms on the Platform can participate in any Mobile Games on the Platform, where such participation could alter, modify or unduly influence his/her performance on the Mobile Game, without express written permission of Lepanga and subject to such terms and conditions as Lepanga a may seek to impose on such Person.
The Mobile Games and the services available on the Platform are open only to persons currently residing in India. Persons residing in the state of Assam, Odisha, Nagaland, Sikkim, Tamil Nadu, Andhra Pradesh, and Telangana (“Restricted States”) are prohibited from participating in any Mobile Games on the Platform. Further, there may be certain games that may be restricted in some additional states. Please check the Special Rules/Terms of each Game to know more.
Only those Users who have successfully registered on the Platform in the manner prescribed in section 3 (Nature and Use of the Platform), and who utilize the services of the Platform in accordance with the Agreement including these Terms of Use, shall be eligible to use the Platform.
Certain services being provided on the Platform may be subject to additional conditions or rules applicable to a particular Mobile Game or Contest in that respect (“Game Terms”). Such Game Terms are deemed to be incorporated herein by reference. Users must agree to these Game Terms before playing any such Mobile Game or Contest on the Platform. To the extent that these Terms of Use are inconsistent with Game Terms, the Game Terms shall prevail.
Lepanga reserves the right to terminate any User’s Account and/or deny access to the Platform if it is brought to Lepanga’s notice that a particular User has violated the Agreement including any of these Terms of Use.
